Chocolate Brownies

"This chocolate brownie, with chunks of real dark chocolate, is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside when done right. Just the way I love it and has also won a place in the hearts of many."
You'll need:
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
extract
100 g melted butter
Makes about 10 brownies
Directions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate chunks separately and combine contents of jar with 2 eggs, ½ tsp vanilla extract and 100g of melted butter. Mix all until well combined.
2. Pour mixture into a small greased square pan and bake in a preheated oven of 175oC for 30 minutes.
Additional tips:
You can choose to add 50g of walnuts just before baking for added texture.

Cowgirl Cookies

"I have no clue why they are named cowgirl cookies but they were my first inspiration for coming up with A•jar! The pretty colours were just too cute to resist."
You'll need:
1 slightly beaten egg
50 g butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Makes about 15 cookies
Directions:
1. Combine contents of jar with 1 egg, 50g butter and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix well until all combined
2. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each.
3. Bake in a preheated oven of 175oC for about 10 minutes.

Cornflake Cookies

"Cornflake cookies have always been a childhood favourite and is great for all festive seasons."
You'll need:
1 egg
60 g softened
butter
½ tsp vanilla
Makes about 15 cookies
Directions:
1. Combine contents of jar with 1 egg, 60g butter and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix well until all combined
2. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each.
3. Bake in a preheated oven of 175oC for about 10 minutes.
Additional tips:
You can choose to add 50g of chocolate chips just before baking for added sweetness or texture.

Matcha Cookies

1 egg
¼ tsp vanilla extract
100 g melted butter
Makes about 15 cookies
1. Combine contents of jar with 1 egg, 1000g butter and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Mix well until all combined
2. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each.
3. Bake in a preheated oven of 175oC for about 6-8 minutes.
Additional tips:
Add in 50g of Green Tea Kit-Kat for that extra green tea flavour and to bring this cookies to the next level.

Loopy Cookies

Ingredients: Flour, Oats, Froot loops, Chocolate coated peanuts, Sugar

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
50 g softened butter
Makes about 12 cookies
1. Combine contents of jar with 1 egg, 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter and 50g of softened butter. Mix well until all combined.
2. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each.
3. Bake in a preheated oven of 175oC for about 10 minutes.
